Great off-season stay with a sea view room. Unfortunate weather limited facilities usage, but staff was accommodating. Hoping to return during peak season.

The renovated rooms provide a comfortable and modern stay, with crisp white furnishings and spotless cleanliness. The staff offers outstanding service, from the helpful luggage assistance to the friendly reception. The high-quality bed linen adds an extra touch of luxury to the rooms.

The food in the hotel's restaurants is outrageously expensive.

The hotel's outdoor private wedding party kept me awake all night, and the management did not inform us beforehand or offer any alternative arrangements.

A hidden gem nestled amidst lush gardens and offering amazing cliff views. The air in the rooms is fresh and the beds are comfortable. I loved leaving the sliding door open at night to let in the cool breeze. The staff, especially Ivan and Daniel, were pretty good too make our first European resort experience lovely. I highly recommend this picturesque resort for a peaceful and cosy getaway.

De locatie van dit hotel is echt geweldig! Het ligt midden in het centrum van alles, tussen de winkels en restaurants van Key West. Je kunt echt overal naartoe lopen, het is super handig. Daarnaast is de service van het personeel uitstekend. Ze zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd bereid om te helpen. Ook de kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Ondanks dat ze misschien een beetje oud en vervallen zijn, bieden ze nog steeds een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. De ontbijtmogelijkheden zijn wat beperkt, maar voldoende om de dag mee te beginnen. Kortom, dit hotel is een goede keuze als je wilt verblijven in het hart van Key West.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The exclusive amenities and luxurious service provided at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre offered unique treatments like body scrub and full body massages in a serene atmosphere. the outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxation and soaking up the sun. the restaurant had delicious buffet breakfast, special diet menus and in-room breakfasts took it to another level.

There was only one minor issue; the TV in my room had limited channels.
